Anyone for Tea?

There is a movement underfoot to take back our government. Kudos to Michelle Malkin for taking an idea I also kicked around and bringing it to life. Great minds think alike?

Thanks to the ingenious Michelle, Americans nationwide are throwing "Tea Parties" to tell Washington that we've had enough lies, deceit, and debt. And, that our Constitution is worth fighting for.

Tea Parties are gatherings for interested citizens to organize campaigns, hold rallies (or protests, as the case may be), and get the message spread about stopping the runaway train that will only stop when our country is exterminated. Barak Obama, Congress AND the Senate have done NOTHING to represent the people and have only nullified any trust at all in our electoral system. It is so bad, in fact, that writing or contacting your elected official doesn't do a damn thing; they're voting they way they choose, supporting personal (pork) interests. (CAN ANYONE SAY ARLEN SPECTER?)

So, America I urge you to have a Tea Party. The time is now to organize, unite and preserve our way of life. If we don't act now, there will be no tomorrow for ourselves, our children or our grandchildren.

For more information on hosting your own Tea Party or joining in a party in your area, go to http://michellemalkin.com/2009/02/26/lets-get-this-tea-party-started/.
